Dr. Bae Hwan Kim, Head of R&D, holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Seoul National University. He has over 20 years of experience in the oral-care quasi-drug field, having served as a researcher at CJ Lion and as Head of R&D at Kumho Dental Pharma.
He led the filing of Korea’s first patent for a functional oral-care formula and has worked with more than 100 domestic and global brands. His expertise spans functional ingredient research, formulation development, stability evaluation, item registration support, and regulatory response across the entire oral-care product development process.

Research Director Kim Bae-hwan obtained his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Seoul National University and has over 20 years of expertise in the oral care over-the-counter drug field, having served as a researcher at CJ Lion and the Director of Kumho Dental Pharmaceutical Research Institute.
He led the first domestic patent application for functional oral care prescriptions and possesses extensive experience in the entire process of oral care product development, including functional material research, prescription development, safety evaluations, product registration support, and regulatory compliance, through collaborations with over 100 domestic and international brands.
